Return Policy
- Email customer service at [email protected] to arrange any returns.
- Electrical parts are not returnable. This includes all parts that can be plugged in.
- Buyer is responsible for payment of return shipping charges.
- Original shipping charges are not refundable.
- A copy of the invoice will need to be included with the return.
- There may be a 20% restocking fee charged against all returned parts.
- Parts must be resaleable and in the original packaging.
- We cannot take back used parts.
- We cannot take back installed or tried parts.
- We do reserve the right to refuse and return any parts we find have been installed, are used or do not meet the above criteria.
- Return request need to be within 30 days of receipt.
Refund Details
- Once we receive and inspect your returned item, your refund will be processed within 4–5 business days. All refunds are issued within 30 days maximum. You will receive a confirmation email when the refund is issued.
- Refund method Refunds are issued to the original payment method only. We do not offer store credit, gift cards, or refunds to alternative payment methods.
- Refund amount Item price minus the 20% restocking fee (for standard customer remorse returns)
Cancellation Policy
- You may cancel your order at any time before it has shipped and no longer in possession of the parts store at no charge.
