Return Policy


  • Email customer service at [email protected] to arrange any returns.
  • Electrical parts are not returnable. This includes all parts that can be plugged in.
  • Buyer is responsible for payment of return shipping charges.
  • Original shipping charges are not refundable.
  • A copy of the invoice will need to be included with the return.
  • There may be a 20% restocking fee charged against all returned parts.
  • Parts must be resaleable and in the original packaging.
  • We cannot take back used parts.
  • We cannot take back installed or tried parts.
  • We do reserve the right to refuse and return any parts we find have been installed, are used or do not meet the above criteria.
  • Return request need to be within 30 days of receipt.

Refund Details

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, your refund will be processed within 4–5 business days. All refunds are issued within 30 days maximum. You will receive a confirmation email when the refund is issued.
  • Refund method Refunds are issued to the original payment method only. We do not offer store credit, gift cards, or refunds to alternative payment methods.
  • Refund amount Item price minus the 20% restocking fee (for standard customer remorse returns)

Cancellation Policy

  • You may cancel your order at any time before it has shipped  and no longer in possession of the parts store at no charge.
